WE COULD USE SOME SUNSHINE ONE OF THESE DAYS. WOULDN’T WE? WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT. ALL WEEK BUT WE WILL GET SUNSHINE. AND WE’LL CHECK IN WITH THE WEATHER WATCHERS TO SEE WHAT KIND OF TEMPERATURES THEY ARE REPORTING THIS NOON AND SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY. TEMPERATURES FOR THE MOST PART, UPPER 60s AND LOW 70s PRETTY MUCH ACROSS THE BOARD. SHERRY HERE 68 DEGREES AND COMMENTS, OVERCAST AND HUMIDITY. WHEN IS THE SUN COMING UP? THE SAME QUESTION AS MARY. THE ANSWER IS SOON. THE END OF THE WORK WEEK IS THE SHORT VERSION. BUT LET’S TAKE THE LONG WAY THERE. LET’S TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY OUTSIDE. WE HAVE THE OVERCAST SKIES. WE HAVE SEEN SHOWERS OUT THERE. IT’S MUGGY TODAY, AND WE ARE CLOUDY AND 68 DEGREES. IT MAY FEEL WARMER AS YOU STEP OUTSIDE BECAUSE OF THE HUMIDITY AT 93%. WE HAVE SHOWER ACTIVITY RIGHT NOW AND WE HAVE SHOWERS APPROACHING YONKERS. LIGHT RAIN INTO PARTS OF YONKERS IN THE NEXT COUPLE MINUTES. GENERALLY SPEAKING, WE HEAD TO WIDELY SCATTERED LIGHT SHOWERS, AND WE HAD SOME MOVE THROUGH EARLIER TODAY. A LOT OF IT WAS CONCENTRATED IN NEW JERSEY AND STATEN ISLAND, PARTS OF LONG ISLAND SEEING RAIN EARLIER. WE HAVE A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 6:00 TOMORROW MORNING FOR MOST OF NEW JERSEY. WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING FOR LATER TODAY, SIMILAR TO WHAT WE HAD YESTERDAY. TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS AND THE POTENTIAL FOR THAT AND SLOW MOVING STORMS THAT COULD DROP QUITE A BIT OF RAIN IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. WE TURN ON THE FUTURECAST, AND IT’S MORE OF THE SAME, WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS, AND THEN WE HAVE MORE SIGNIFICANT CELLS, SIMILAR TO YESTERDAY. ONE OF THE CELLS PUT DOWN 3″ IN ONE LOCATION, AND WE HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO SEE THAT AGAIN. MOST LOCATIONS WON’T SEE THAT VIOLENT ACTIVITY BUT SOME MIGHT AS WE HEAD INTO TONIGHT AND TOMORROW, AND MORE OF THE SAME, MORE CLOUDS, MORE HUMIDITY AND MORE RAIN AND IT WILL LINGER INTO EARLY FRIDAY, AND THEN WE WILL FINALLY SEE SUNSHINE. FOR TODAY, MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS DURING THE DAY, 73 DEGREES IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS WHEN WE HAVE A CHANCE TO SEE THIS THUNDERSTORMS. WHERE WE GET THE THUNDERSTORMS, SIGNIFICANT DOWN IS POURS WHERE WE COULD SEE THE RAIN. I CAN DO MY LITTLE ORPHAN ANNIE. THE SUN WILL COME OUT TOMORROW. THE WEEKEND LOOKS GOOD, MOSTLY
